A nationally recognized management-side labor & employment law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience and a strong background in class actions, PAGA, and wage & hour litigation.
This primarily remote opportunity offers the chance to handle sophisticated employment litigation matters from inception through resolution, working closely with an established class action team. The role includes developing case strategy, managing discovery, drafting substantive motions, taking and defending depositions, appearing at hearings, and mentoring junior attorneys.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of employment litigation experience
- Significant experience defending class actions and representative actions
- Strong motion practice, deposition, and discovery experience
- Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Active bar membership in good standing
- California or Washington admission preferred
