About the Role
Our client is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to join their Denver office in a hybrid capacity. The attorney will work on a wide range of labor and employment matters, supporting employers across multiple industries. This role includes drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, attending hearings, assisting with depositions, and providing day‑to‑day guidance on workplace issues. The position offers hands‑on litigation experience along with opportunities to support client counseling, compliance matters, and agency-related work.
What You'll Do
- Support litigation strategy across state and federal employment matters
- Draft briefs, motions, and discovery responses
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations
- Advise clients on workplace policies and compliance needs
- Work collaboratively with a national team of labor & employment attorneys
Compensation & Benefits
This hybrid role offers an annual salary range of $185,000-$245,000, including eligibility for performance‑based bonuses. Our client provides a generous benefits package, including comprehensive health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and additional wellness and family support programs.
