Labor and Employment Attorney Responsibilities
- Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including discrimination, wage and hour, and labor disputes.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs; conduct discovery and depositions.
- Provide strategic advice on compliance, workplace policies, and risk management.
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys on high-profile cases and client counseling.
Labor and Employment Attorney Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Ohio Bar.
- 2-4 years of litigation experience; prior labor & employment experience preferred.
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and collaboratively.
