We are seeking an experienced Transportation Litigation Attorney to join a fast-growing, high-visibility team handling complex motor vehicle and supply-chain related matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on catastrophic loss cases, trucking accidents, and emerging liability issues tied to last-mile delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage transportation and motor vehicle liability cases from inception through resolution
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation
- Conduct accident investigations and develop liability and damages strategies
- Work closely with national clients, including logistics and delivery networks
- Provide timely case updates and strategic recommendations to clients and carriers
Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to the NY or NJ Bar
- 4+ years of defense litigation experience, with a focus on:
- Transportation / trucking liability
- Motor vehicle accidents
- General liability or catastrophic injury defense
- Strong deposition, motion practice, and case management skills
- Ability to manage high-exposure matters independently
