What You'll Do:

• Manage a litigation caseload independently from inception through resolution.
• Represent employers, private schools, and institutions in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, breach of contract, and collective bargaining.
• Provide day-to-day legal advice and training on compliance with federal, state, and local employment, education, and labor laws.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex litigation and trial preparation.
• Handle court appearances, mediations, and depositions.
• Maintain regular client communication and deliver strategic legal guidance.

What We're Looking For:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice in New York.
• 2-5 years of litigation experience focused on employment, labor, and/or education law.
• Strong background in handling discrimination and wage & hour claims.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
