An industry leading team are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial ECVC attorney to join a high-performing national team focused on advising some of the most innovative and high-growth companies in the market. This role is ideal for established Mid-Senior professionals with a strong foundation in corporate strategy and a passion for working with venture-backed startups and growth-stage enterprises.

What You'll Do

Serve as a strategic advisor to emerging companies throughout their lifecycle-from formation through funding rounds to exit.
Lead and support complex venture capital financings, corporate governance matters, and liquidity events.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored solutions to founders, executives, and investors.
Build and grow your own client base with support from a nationally recognized platform.
Engage in thought leadership through speaking opportunities, industry events, and content creation.

Who You Are

You bring 4-8 years of experience advising early-stage and growth-stage companies, ideally within a high-caliber professional services environment.
You have a strong academic background and a track record of excellence in corporate advisory work.
You're entrepreneurial, collaborative, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, client-focused team.
You're admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
