Director, Global Compliance Operations
We are partnered with a Global Leader in the Medical Device space who is looking to bring on an experienced Compliance Director. This will offer the opportunity to step into a broad leadership role and serve as the strategic second hand to the CCO.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and enhance the global Risk Management & Compliance Program.
- Lead Global Compliance Operations, including HCP engagement, transparency, training, communications, policy management, and risk assessments.
- Manage and develop the global compliance policy, procedure, training, and communication framework.
- Conduct and lead global/ regional/ functional compliance risk assessments and report findings + recommendations to senior leadership.
- Oversee Global Compliance systems, tools, and team operations, including managing a large global team.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years' experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Legal, or Internal Audit (life sciences preferred).
- Advanced degree strongly preferred (JD, MBA, or similar).
- Extensive experience working with global compliance programs and drafting policies, procedures, and guidance.
- Strong strategic, analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex processes.
- Proven leadership and project management capability, including developing teams and prioritizing large-scale initiatives.
*This role requires an onsite presence in Southwest Florida. Relocation assistance will be provided*
