A leading global labor and employment law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Counsel to join its innovative, fully remote team. This role offers high-quality, impactful work with the flexibility of a non-partnership-track position and no business development requirements.
Overview
This position sits within a data-driven, tech-enabled practice focused on efficiently handling administrative agency charges and demand letters. Attorneys benefit from a structured workflow, strong internal support, and reduced billable expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and defend administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters from intake through resolution
- Draft persuasive position statements and responses to agency inquiries
- Communicate directly with clients and administrative agencies
- Represent clients in settlement negotiations and remote mediations
- Manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 6+ years of employment law experience
- Experience handling administrative charges (federal and/or state; management-side preferred)
- Strong drafting and advocacy skills, including position statements and mediation experience
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Active bar license in state of residence

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $130,000 - $165,000 (based on experience)
