Corporate Governance Paralegal
- Coordinate logistics and materials for Board and Committee meetings, including uploading documents to governance portals
- Draft materials for annual shareholder meetings and subsidiary board sessions
- Manage the preparation, review, and tracking of legal documents and corporate records
- Provide documentation and evidence for regulatory audits and internal reviews
- Prepare board minutes and assist with transactional agreements
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of corporate governance experience as a paralegal or paralegal adjacent position
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Experience with governance platforms such as Board Vantage is a plus
- Solid understanding of legal practices and corporate governance principles
