Corporate Attorney
A reputable client with an expanding team, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Attorney to join their Corporate Department in their Milwaukee office. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate looking to grow their legal career in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role will sit in a hybrid setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a broad range of complex corporate matters, including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Private Equity Transactions
- General Business Counseling
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts and other legal documents.
- Provide strategic legal advice.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Wisconsin.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in corporate law.
- Experience in mid to large law firms with M&A transactions is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
