Corporate Attorney
We're actively seeking a Capital Markets Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join a nationally recognized team advising on high-impact corporate and securities matters.
This role offers the opportunity to represent a broad range of clients-including issuers, investment banks, and institutional investors-on sophisticated capital markets transactions such as public offerings, private placements, and PIPEs. You'll also support clients in navigating public company reporting obligations, corporate governance issues, and compliance with federal securities laws.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience handling securities law matters and capital markets transactions
Familiarity with public offerings, private placements, PIPEs, and related regulatory filings
Ability to lead diligence efforts, manage transaction timelines, and coordinate with specialists
Experience drafting registration statements, offering documents, and SEC reports
Strong academic background and excellent writing/communication skills
Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple assignments independently
