Role Responsibilities
- Independently manage a robust litigation caseload from inception through resolution, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on complex legal projects across transportation and commercial trucking matter as well as other related areas.
- Regularly handle court appearances, depositions, and case strategy development.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing timely updates, evaluations, and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable client guidelines and reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in the State of California.
- 3+ years of transportation/trucking, commercial motor vehicle, premises liability, and/or defense litigation experience.
- Superior written and oral advocacy skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and litigation skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to client service and high‑quality work product.
