A leading Am Law 100 firm is seeking a mid-level attorney to join its Commercial Real Estate practice group. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a nationally recognized team handling sophisticated real estate transactions for high-profile clients across multiple industries.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate law and a strong background in transactional work. This role involves representing clients in complex real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development projects. You will collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and have direct client interaction, providing strategic legal advice on high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and financing documents.
  • Advise clients on real estate development projects, joint ventures, and related business transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence and manage all aspects of real estate closings.
  • Work closely with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
  • Provide guidance on compliance, risk management, and best practices in real estate law.

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions at a law firm or in-house legal department.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent academic credentials and a proven ability to manage complex matters independently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and business professionals across multiple markets.
  • Bar admission in the state of practice or ability to waive in.
