A leading Irish law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its highly regarded Real Estate team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to work on some of the most significant and high-profile property transactions in the Irish market, advising a diverse international client base across complex acquisitions, developments, financings, asset management projects and disposals.
The team acts for leading developers, investors, financial institutions, occupiers and multinational businesses, offering exposure to market-leading transactions and the opportunity to work alongside some of the most experienced real estate lawyers in the country.
The Role
As part of a collaborative and growing team, you will:
- Advise on the acquisition, development, financing and disposal of commercial real estate assets and portfolios.
- Support major development projects from acquisition through to leasing and eventual exit.
- Draft and negotiate commercial leases, agreements for lease and ancillary property documentation for both landlords and tenants.
- Advise on the real estate aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.
- Act for owner-occupiers on the acquisition and management of office, industrial and manufacturing facilities.
- Work directly with domestic and international clients on complex and strategically important transactions.
About You
You will be:
- A qualified solicitor with experience in commercial real estate gained at a leading law firm.
- Technically strong with a genuine interest in high-value, complex property transactions.
- Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills.
- Able to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with partners and colleagues.
- Interested in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team development.
- Enthusiastic about business development and building long-term client relationships.
