Commercial Contracts Consumer Goods Attorney
A nationally recognized client is seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Attorney with 3+ years of experience. This role involves advising clients across a range of industries, with a strong focus on the consumer goods and consumer products sectors.
Location: Candidates located in Seattle, Spokane, Portland, New York City, and Washington, D.C. are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including Manufacturing, Distribution, Sales Broker, Raw Material Supply, Packaging Supply, Equipment Lease and Purchase, and Product Purchase and Sale/Supply Agreements.
- Provide legal counsel to small and large business clients on operational and transactional matters in the consumer goods industry.
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices to deliver high-quality, business-oriented legal solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial contracts, with a strong understanding of contract law and risk management.
- Demonstrated experience in the consumer goods and/or consumer products industry.
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in one of the listed locations.
