This is a premier opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions in a high-performing team known for its deep expertise in structured finance, asset-backed lending, and private securities offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on private securities offerings, securitizations, and structured finance transactions
Support general bank lending matters, including syndicated and asset-backed lending
Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents across CLO, ABS, and CMBS structures
Collaborate with partners and clients on deal structuring, regulatory considerations, and market trends
Manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Qualifications:
2-6+ years of relevant experience in capital markets, structured finance, or bank lending
Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school
Prior experience at a reputable law firm
CLO, ABS, or CMBS experience is a plus but not required
Exceptional analytical, drafting, and communication skills
