Business Litigation Partner Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex commercial and business litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Oversee client relationships and ensure delivery of exceptional legal strategy and outcomes.
- Grow your current book by leveraging internal cross‑selling opportunities across multiple practice areas.
- Collaborate with partners and firm leadership on business development plans and strategic growth initiatives.
- Mentor associates and litigation teams on case strategy, trial preparation, and client management.
- Participate in firm committees and contribute to the continued elevation of the litigation practice.
Business Litigation Partner Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor and active Florida Bar license.
- 8+ years of experience in commercial or business litigation, including trial or arbitration exposure.
- Portable book of business of approximately.
- Demonstrated ability to independently handle complex disputes and provide strategic counsel to business clients.
