Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings in employment-related cases.
- Prepare and argue motions in complex employment litigation.
- Take and defend depositions, including those of key witnesses and experts.
- Manage multiple active matters with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across offices and practice groups.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in employment litigation.
- Strong background in wage and hour, class action, and single-plaintiff matters.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
- Must be admitted to practice law in Arizona.
