What You'll Do

You'll take on meaningful, complex work at the heart of California's most dynamic employment law market, including:

  • Defending sophisticated wage and hour class and collective actions
  • Handling PAGA representative actions - one of the most active and evolving areas of California litigation
  • Advising and defending management-side clients across a broad range of labor and employment matters
  • Collaborating directly with partners and clients on strategy, discovery, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation

What You Bring

  • 3-6 years of labor and employment law experience
  • Substantial wage and hour, PAGA, and class action experience (required)
  • Active California bar license
  • Strong academic credentials and top-tier writing and analytical skills
  • Ambition, curiosity, and a genuine interest in shaping the future of employment law
