This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned attorney with a portable book of business at $300,000 and above, to integrate into a collaborative, full-service platform with robust support for business development and client growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal counsel on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, and joint ventures.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across various industries, including real estate investment, development, and finance.
- Collaborate with other partners and practice groups to cross-sell services and expand client relationships.
- Mentor and supervise associates and contribute to the professional development of the team.
- Actively participate in firm leadership, business development initiatives, and client engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Texas.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters and client relationships independently.
- A portable book of business at or above $300,000, with potential for growth.
- Strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and a collaborative approach to practice.
