A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 4-7 years of experience to join its Irvine office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact employment litigation matters for major national and global clients. The firm is known for its collaborative culture, flexible work options, and commitment to innovation and attorney development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent employers in employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims.
  • Handle complex wage and hour matters, including class/collective actions and PAGA cases.
  • Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings.
  • Draft and argue motions, and take and defend depositions.
  • Collaborate with teams to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • Admission to the California Bar.
  • 4-7 years of experience in employment litigation, including wage and hour, class/collective action, and PAGA cases.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
