Litigation Attorney - California (Hybrid/Remote)

A well-established civil litigation firm with nearly a century of experience is seeking talented litigators to join its growing team. Openings are available at multiple levels-from Associate to Of Counsel to Partner-across offices in Los Angeles, Irvine, San Diego, Walnut Creek, and Las Vegas. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes matters in a collaborative, family-oriented environment that values mentorship and long-term growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a wide range of civil litigation matters, including professional liability, transportation, healthcare, hospitality, and employment disputes.
  • Manage cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • Take expert depositions and, depending on experience, first-chair or second-chair trials.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective litigation strategies.
  • Travel as needed for court appearances and depositions (remote work options available).

Key Qualifications

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • Admission to practice in California or Nevada (depending on office location).
  • Minimum 3 years of litigation experience; trial experience preferred for senior roles.
  • Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $145,000-$225,000+
  • Bonus opportunities for meeting reasonable billable targets
