About the Role
Our client is seeking an attorney with 2-4 years of litigation experience to join its Columbus, OH office. The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience handling labor and employment litigation matters and be eager to take on substantive responsibility within a collaborative practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage labor & employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage‑and‑hour claims.
- Draft motions, memoranda, pleadings, and discovery responses.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations as needed.
- Conduct legal research and help shape case strategy in partnership with senior attorneys.
- Communicate with clients and maintain strong, service‑oriented relationships.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- 2-4 years of litigation experience, ideally within labor & employment.
- Must be licensed to practice law in Ohio.
- Strong writing, analytical, and research skills.
- Ability to balance multiple matters and work effectively in a team environment.
Compensation
Pursuant to Columbus, OH regulations, the annual salary range for this position is:
$180,000 - $210,000, contingent on relevant experience and education.
This role also includes eligibility for performance‑based bonuses and access to a generous compensation and benefits package.
