Overview
Our client is seeking funds lawyers with at least 3PQE who demonstrate strong technical capability, excellent interpersonal skills and experience handling complex, high‑value matters to join their Dublin office.
Team
The successful hires will join a leading international investment funds practice with a long‑established global platform. The team advises a wide range of asset and investment management clients across major financial centres worldwide, including Europe, the United States, the Middle East and Asia.
Its client base spans UCITS and AIF structures, private equity sponsors, private credit managers, hedge funds, venture capital firms, real estate investors, management companies, AIFMs, MiFID firms and other regulated entities. The group provides end‑to‑end support across the full lifecycle of pooled capital - from fund establishment and structuring through ongoing operations, regulatory matters, restructuring and exit.
The Dublin office works closely with colleagues across the global network, delivering Irish fund formation and regulatory advice as part of integrated, multinational client teams. The wider practice is consistently recognised by major legal directories as a market leader in the investment funds space.
Experience Required
Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Establishing and operating private and alternative investment funds (including hedge, real estate, private equity, closed‑ended and qualifying investor funds, depending on jurisdiction).
- Establishing UCITS and ETFs.
- Advising on the regulation of funds and fund management companies, including AIFMs, UCITS management companies, MiFID firms and investment managers.

- A commercial mindset with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines and manage workload effectively.
- Open to continuous improvement and contributing to organisational development.
Qualifications
- Irish‑qualified lawyer with 2-5 years' experience gained in the investment funds or asset management department of a leading law firm.
