Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Solutions Lead - Vice President

Job Level: Vice President

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid Schedule)

Salary Range: $130,000-$170,000 base

A global Fortune 500 organization with a broad international footprint is seeking an experienced EPM Solutions Lead (VP level) to support major initiatives across its enterprise financial systems landscape. The company operates in more than 30 countries and maintains a diverse portfolio of businesses, requiring scalable, high‑quality financial technology solutions.

Role Overview

The EPM Solutions Lead (VP) will provide functional expertise for Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM, supporting ongoing expansion of legal entities, financial structures, and reporting requirements. This role requires strong finance and accounting acumen, paired with deep hands‑on experience configuring and optimizing Oracle EPM modules. The ideal candidate can translate business needs into system requirements, lead configuration and testing efforts, and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact solutions.

This position supports financial users across North America and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM modules, including Financial Consolidation & Close, Account Reconciliation, EDM, and Reporting.

  • Analyze, design, configure, and test enhancements to support evolving business processes.

  • Participate in full lifecycle EPM projects, including implementation, configuration, testing, and user training.

  • Collaborate with infrastructure, database, security, and operations teams to deliver integrated EPM solutions.

  • Manage day‑to‑day EPM operations, including patching, reporting requests, and production support.

  • Identify opportunities to improve platform usage and introduce best practices.

  • Produce detailed system documentation, including requirements, data flows, test plans, and process diagrams.

  • Ensure alignment with enterprise technology standards, change management processes, and security policies.

  • Partner with internal and external development teams to validate functional and non‑functional requirements.

  • Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training as needed.

  • Participate in after‑hours production support and weekend implementation cycles.

Experience & Knowledge Requirements

  • Strong hands‑on understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM concepts and module functionality.

  • Solid finance and accounting knowledge.

  • Ability to articulate end‑to‑end business processes and integration points.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

  • Project management experience (MS Project) is a plus.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM experience across multiple modules.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.

  • Experience in finance or accounting environments is beneficial.

  • Minimum 3+ years of SQL/TOAD experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • Oracle EPM certification is a plus.
