A highly reputable International Firm seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Associate to join their London team. This role offers exposure to high-profile disputes, international arbitration proceedings, and complex commercial litigation for multinational corporations, governments, and financial institutions. You will work closely with Partners and their global teams on matters as part of an international group.

Key responsibilities
- Handle complex, high-stakes disputes across multiple jurisdictions, including commercial litigation, arbitration, and regulatory investigations.
- Advise multinational corporations, private equity investors, governments, and financial institutions on risk management and strategic dispute resolution.
- Represent clients in trials, appeals, and alternative dispute resolution forums such as mediation and arbitration.
- Manage class actions and group litigation, providing clear, practical advice.
- Collaborate with Partners and global teams to deliver innovative solutions for cross-border matters.
- Draft and review pleadings, submissions, and settlement agreements with precision and strategic insight.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 2 years PQE
- Trained within a top Law Firm in the UK
- Strong background knowledge in commercial litigation, and arbitration experience preferred
- Excellent drafting, advocacy and negotiation skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage complex cases and meet deadlines at a quality standard.
