Commercial Associate - Hotels and Hospitality
Our Client is seeking a Mid‑Level Associate to join a Commercial Practice Group based in London. The successful candidate will support clients across the retail and consumer landscape, with a particular emphasis on projects involving hospitality, hotels, and leisure brands. The role includes work on a wide range of business‑to‑business commercial arrangements, alongside projects involving multi‑channel routes to market, such as e‑commerce and direct‑to‑consumer models. There will also be opportunities to work with organisations operating in sectors such as luxury retail, wellbeing, and food and beverage.
What You Will Bring
- 3-5 years post‑qualification experience.
- A strong background in drafting and advising on commercial agreements within the hospitality and accommodation sector, including (but not limited to):
- Franchise agreements
- Hotel management arrangements
- Food and beverage outsourcing/licensing agreements
- Supporting commercial structures such as financing documentation and supply‑chain arrangements
- Proven experience of drafting and negotiating core commercial contracts, such as:
- Novation and amendment documents
- Licence agreements
- Services agreements
- Other foundational B2B commercial templates
