Transactional Manager, Legal - Elite Investment Firm
We are currently partnered with an elite investment firm who is looking to add a structured finance attorney to help with the growth of their ABF business. This individual will provide key support and leadership on all transactions initiated by the Asset Based Finance Deal team. This individual will manage and lead transactions, focusing on securitizations and platform investments across various asset classes. This opportunity will allow you to work on high-level transactions at a major industry player and be part of a collaborative team with an entrepreneurial attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Point person managing the transaction process as well as reviewing due diligence
- Support the legal team on credit financing's and securitization transactions
- Support the ABF team on all matters related to structured finance transactions.
- Ability to build strategic relationships with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and deal professionals.
Requirements:
- JD from a top tier Law school
- 4+ years of experience from a top-tier law firm or in-house environment
- Experience with ABS, MBS, and CMBS markets
- Experience working across asset classes including residential & commercial mortgages, consumer assets, commercial equipment, renewables and energy finance.
