Senior Defense Litigation Attorney
This is a senior-level general liability position handling high-exposure bodily injury matters, including:
* General liability
* Premises liability
* Construction
* Product liability
* Premises security
* Auto and transportation, including gig economy exposure
What you'll be doing
* Managing a full caseload from inception through trial
* Developing litigation strategies aligned with client goals
* Handling pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and court appearances
* Evaluating liability and damages and leading settlement discussions
* Working directly with clients and providing consistent strategic updates
* Collaborating with a strong, national litigation team

* Georgia-admitted attorney with 9+ years of defense litigation experience
* Background in general liability, premises, personal injury, product liability, or transportation
* Proven ability to independently manage complex matters
* Strong client-facing skills and strategic mindset
* First chair trial experience
* Experience with litigation technology or legal project management is a plus
