Senior Associate Counsel
A multi-state healthcare organization is seeking an experienced litigator to support its long-term care and assisted living operations. This hybrid role (based in Louisville, KY) involves managing and defending litigation matters, coordinating with outside counsel, conducting internal investigations, and supporting risk mitigation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support general liability and personal injury litigation
Oversee case strategy, discovery, and mediation processes
Work with internal teams and outside counsel on case budgets and performance
Provide training and guidance on litigation and risk prevention
Qualifications:
JD from an accredited U.S. law school
4+ years litigation experience, preferably in long-term care defense
Licensed in KY (or eligible for in-house counsel certificate in TN)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, based in the Louisville Metropolitan Area, KY
