Requirements

- Strong understanding of European, UK, and APAC regulatory frameworks and reporting obligations
- Proven ability to manage exceptions, investigate breaks, and resolve issues within regulatory timelines
- Experience interpreting regulatory rules and mapping them to trade flows and systems
- Demonstrated ability to build or enhance processes, controls, and documentation
- Strong Excel and SQL skills for data analysis and reporting validation
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness
- Proactive, self-starting mindset with strong ownership of deliverables
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
- Analytical and inquisitive approach, with the ability to challenge anomalies and improve workflows
