Bar Admission: Must be admitted or eligible for admission in North Carolina
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings.
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and related transactional documents.
- Conduct due diligence and manage title, survey, and zoning reviews.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to structure and close transactions efficiently.
- Provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be admitted or eligible for admission to practice law in North Carolina.
