Role & Responsibilities

The Mid‑Level Finance Attorney will work on a broad range of sophisticated finance matters. Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are encouraged to apply:

  • Leveraged finance

  • Structured finance or securitization

  • Fund finance

  • Real estate finance

  • Corporate lending

  • Capital markets or debt offerings

  • Restructuring or distressed finance

  • CLOs or other structured products

Responsibilities include:

  • Drafting and negotiating complex financing agreements

  • Managing deal execution and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

  • Advising clients on financing structures, risk allocation, and market trends

  • Supporting cross‑border and multi‑jurisdictional transactions

  • Collaborating with colleagues across practice groups and offices

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school

  • Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction

  • 3-8 years of finance or financial‑transactions experience

  • Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment

  • A commercially minded, solutions‑oriented approach
