Employment Special Counsel - EPLI Work (Remote) Location Flexible - CA, CO, GA, IL, MO, WA
The world's largest labor and employment law firm exclusively representing management, is seeking an experienced Employment Special Counsel to join its nationally recognized team. This is a full-time, remote position focused exclusively on Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) matters.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and litigate EPLI cases from inception through resolution.
- Provide strategic legal counsel and representation to a diverse client base.
- Draft legal documents, conduct depositions, and represent clients in hearings and other proceedings.
- Collaborate with a team of top-tier attorneys in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 8 years of employment litigation experience, with a strong background in EPLI matters.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Active law license in one of the following states: California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, or Washington.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high standards of professionalism and responsiveness.
