Our client, a leading civil engineering firm known for delivering complex infrastructure projects, is seeking a skilled Deltek Specialist to manage and optimize their enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. This role is ideal for a candidate with deep Deltek expertise who thrives in a project-driven environment and enjoys bridging technology with business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the post-conversion support and ongoing optimization of Deltek ERP systems (Vantagepoint)
Collaborate with finance, project management, and IT teams to enhance system performance and user experience
Manage system upgrades, integrations, and vendor relationships
Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support strategic decision-making
Provide training, documentation, and support to internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and government contracting standards
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience with Deltek ERP systems in a professional services or engineering environment
Strong technical background in SQL Server, .NET, and ERP integrations
Familiarity with civil engineering workflows, including project accounting and resource planning
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Relevant certifications (e.g., Deltek Certified Professional, PMP, ITIL) are a plus
