Complex Litigation Associate Attorney
A prestigious, nationally recognized litigation firm is seeking a skilled Complex Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic team in New Jersey. This is a prime opportunity for an experienced litigator to work on high-profile, high-stakes cases in a collaborative and supportive environment. The role offers exposure to prominent national clients and the chance to take on meaningful litigation responsibilities from day one. Location can be flexible.
Complex Litigation Responsibilites:
- Independently manage a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Conduct investigations, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff on multifaceted legal issues.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing regular updates and strategic guidance.
- Prepare for and participate in trial proceedings.
Complex Litigation Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar (New York Bar admission also considered).
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
- First-chair trial experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Client-facing experience and legal project management skills are advantageous.
