My client is seeking an associate attorney with a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience to support a thriving national and international Complex Disputes practice. Responsibilities:
- Drafting and Responding to Complex Discovery Requests: Show your expertise in preparing precise and strategic legal documentation.
- Motions and Pre-trial Preparation: Take ownership of developing compelling motions and ensuring thorough trial readiness.
- Witness Interviews: Display your ability to conduct in-depth interviews to extract vital case details.
- Negotiating: Utilize your negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Communicating with Opposing Counsel: Handle high-level conversations with professionalism and effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of litigation experience, with demonstrated ability to manage cases through all phases of the litigation process.
- Active bar membership in Massachusetts, Illinois, or Washington, D.C. (required).
- Judicial clerkship experience is preferred but not required.
Salary:
compensation ranges from $225,000 to $250,000 annually. Salary is contingent upon level of experience, practice group, location and other job-related factors permitted by law
