A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate (2-4 PQE) to join its highly regarded London real estate practice.
This is an opportunity to work on a broad range of high-value and complex real estate matters for an impressive client base that includes investors, developers, occupiers, lenders, and major corporate organisations across the UK and internationally.
The team is involved in some of the market's most significant transactions and offers associates early responsibility, excellent client exposure, and a genuine platform for long-term career development.
The Role
You will advise on a variety of commercial real estate matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of investment assets
- Commercial landlord and tenant work
- Asset management matters
- Real estate aspects of corporate and finance transactions
- Development and regeneration projects
- Portfolio transactions and strategic real estate projects
Working alongside recognised partners and senior lawyers, you will gain exposure to sophisticated work while benefiting from a collaborative and supportive team environment.
About You
You will ideally:
- Be England & Wales qualified with 2-4 years' PQE
- Have strong experience gained within a recognised real estate practice
- Possess excellent technical and drafting skills
- Be commercially minded with strong client-facing abilities
- Enjoy working as part of a collaborative and high-performing team
