The firm is widely recognized for its leadership in investment law, corporate governance, and complex transactions. It primarily represents capital providers including lenders, alternative investment vehicles, and private equity fund investors across a broad range of industries.
This opportunity is open to either Associate or Senior Counsel-level candidates.
Investment Management Attorney Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of investment transactions, including due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and post-closing integration.
- Advise clients on a wide range of investment management matters, including:
- Investment adviser, investment company, and broker-dealer regulatory compliance and formation
- Institutional investor representation
- Private fund formation
- Transactions in the investment management space
- General corporate matters
- Provide legal support across the capital structure for both equity and debt investors.
- Stay current on investment law, securities regulations, and market trends to deliver proactive legal guidance.
Investment Management Attorney Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4-8+ years of experience in investment management.
- Active bar license in one of the following states-
- Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, DC, or Wisconsin.
