Responsibilities
- Support filings and reporting workflows applicable to private markets investment advisers and affiliated private fund structures
- Coordinate reporting timelines, internal reviews, and documentation associated with recurring and eventâdriven filings
- Assist with data collection, validation, and reconciliation supporting regulatory disclosures
- Maintain internal documentation, controls, and process materials related to reporting activities
- Work crossâfunctionally with compliance, legal, operations, finance, and technology teams to support reporting execution
- Contribute to process improvements and system usage related to regulatory reporting operations
Background
- Experience in regulatory reporting, compliance, or reporting operations within financial services, asset management, fintech, or private markets environments
- Familiarity with reporting obligations applicable to investment advisers and private fund structures
- Comfort working in deadlineâdriven, regulated environments with an emphasis on accuracy and documentation
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to coordinate across teams
