- Represent a wide range of clients - buyers, sellers, borrowers, lenders, and equiy investors -in complex transactions.
- Handle sales, acquisitions, construction and permanent financing, equity investments, and debt restructurings.
- Work on sophisticated deals that shape the real estate and finance landscape.
- CMBS experience is a plus
