Take an active role in:
- Leasing negotiations
- Purchase and sale agreements
- Financing structures
- Construction and development projects
- Closing real estate and loan transactions
Demonstrate:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Self‑starter mindset with the ability to work independently
Admission to practice law in the State of Illinois or ability to waive in
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- 4+ years of direct commercial real estate transactional practice
