A leading national client is seeking a skilled litigator witha minimum of 4-6 years of experience to join its Litigation team in Birmingham, MI. This role focuses on national product liability defense across the United States.
What You'll Do:
- Handle complex defense product liability and personal injury matters.
- Take ownership of files and lead trial preparation.
- Engage in motion practice, including summary judgment and expert challenges.
- Conduct depositions and craft persuasive arguments.
- Collaborate on a high-volume portfolio with precision and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in trial preparation and litigation strategy.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills to guide clients and teams.
- Licensed to practice in Michigan (or eligible for admission without examination).
Additional Details:
- In-office presence required at least 3 days per week.
- Ability to travel as needed.
