Paralegal
Larson Maddox is partnering with a rapidly expanding data center company at the forefront of digital infrastructure and cloud enablement. As they continue to scale across the U.S., they are looking to bring on an experienced Transactional Paralegal to support a high-volume commercial and real estate-driven legal function.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage a range of commercial agreements, including:
- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Letters of Intent (LOIs)
- Vendor, procurement, and other commercial contracts
- Support transactional workflows related to data center development, operations, and partnerships
- Coordinate contract execution, tracking, and lifecycle management
- Partner closely with internal legal counsel, procurement, and business stakeholders
- Maintain organized contract records and support compliance and risk management initiatives
- Assist with deal closings and ad hoc legal projects as the company continues to grow
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a transactional or corporate paralegal
- Strong background supporting commercial contracts (MSAs, NDAs, LOIs required)
- Experience working in-house or with infrastructure, real estate, or technology-driven companies strongly preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal oversight
