Junior/Mid-Level Litigation Attorney
Our client is seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. This position will primarily focus on Labor and Employment litigation, but welcomes candidates with strong general litigation experience, even without prior labor and employment experience. This is an excellent opportunity to develop specialized expertise in a growing practice area while leveraging your existing litigation skills.
Litigation Attorney Responsibilities
- Represent clients in labor and employment disputes, including discrimination, wage and hour, and wrongful termination cases.
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; conducting discovery; and appearing in court.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and provide strategic input.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
Litigation Attorney Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 2-5 years of litigation experience (labor and employment experience is a plus but not required).
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn new practice areas.
