Role Overview
This role is responsible for leading all legal functions across the organization, with ownership over strategic, operational, and commercial legal matters. The position partners closely with senior leadership to support business objectives and manage legal risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all legal activities across the company
- Own intellectual property strategy, including prosecution and litigation
- Negotiate and structure vendor agreements
- Draft, review, and negotiate customer contracts
- Support financing and transactional activities
- Serve as a key legal partner to senior leadership and governance bodies

- Demonstrated commitment to high legal and ethical standards
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate risk, probabilities, and business impact
- Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- Effective negotiator with solid commercial judgment
- Comfortable working in a hands-on role with broad responsibility
- Experienced in identifying high-quality work and top talent through prior roles in demanding environments
- Able to go beyond legal analysis to provide pragmatic, business-focused guidance
- Genuine interest in the company's products and industry
