Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced EPLI attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law.
- Handle employment law matters, including:
- Administrative charges
- Attorney demand letters
- Single-plaintiff litigation
- Potential involvement in:
- Class actions
- PAGA cases
- Supervise junior attorneys and staff
- Develop case strategies, draft/review legal documents
- Conduct depositions and represent clients in hearings/trials
- Collaborate with partners and legal teams
- Utilize support from paralegals and shared secretarial resources
Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years of experience in employment litigation
- Comfortable working remotely with occasional local travel
- Strong leadership and litigation skills
