What You'll Do:
- Partner with U.S. insurance regulators on inquiries and examinations
- Oversee governance for U.S.-based insurance entities
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws
- Collaborate with actuarial and finance teams on filings
- Support audits and licensing processes
- Advise leadership on regulatory risks and solutions
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of regulatory and compliance experience in insurance, including Property & Casualty (P&C)
- Law degree or insurance producer license (preferred)
- Proven experience engaging with insurance regulators
- Strong business judgment and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Work Location:
- Remote (U.S.)
- Hybrid option: If based in Washington State, work 3 days onsite at our Seattle office
