About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Counsel to join a dynamic and collaborative legal team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, supporting complex business initiatives and advising on legal risks and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, commercial contracts, and general business operations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements across various business functions.
- Advise on regulatory compliance and risk management issues.
- Support strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and financing arrangements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and/or external clients to deliver practical, business-oriented solutions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in corporate law, transactional work, or related practice areas.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be admitted or eligible for admission to practice law in the U.S.
