Contracts Manager
- Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements and related documents, including customer and supplier contracts, standard terms and conditions, questionnaires, and operational forms.
- Manage agreements such as non-disclosure, bailment, material transfer, and license transfer arrangements, ensuring alignment with internal policies and business objectives.
- Respond to internal and external questions regarding contract terms, requirements, and negotiation status.
- Maintain clear and accurate reporting on contract progress, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Advise customer-facing teams, project managers, and colleagues on contractual matters using established guidelines and best practices.
- Monitor contractual obligations and track key milestones, including renewal dates, termination windows, and financial or performance-related deadlines.
- Oversee and update standard contract templates and related documentation.
- Maintain agreement tracking tools and logs, including summaries and renewal or termination information.
- Support ad hoc initiatives and special assignments as needed.
- Perform additional responsibilities consistent with the role, as required.
- Associate's degree in a related discipline or a paralegal certification required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience drafting, reviewing, administering, and negotiating a range of commercial contracts.
- Demonstrated experience managing standard contract processes and documentation.
